Our Commitment to Your Well-being

Safety During Orientation
Safety is discussed in detail during the orientation program. We provide practical advice on topics such as transportation, avoiding unsafe situations, understanding and responding to sexual harassment, and choosing secure rental accommodations.
Ongoing Safety Updates
Throughout the semester, we keep students informed by sharing incident reports and safety updates when necessary. This ensures that you remain aware of any developments and can take appropriate precautions.
Monitoring Local and Regional Conditions
We stay up to date with regional developments and closely monitor guidance issued by local embassies. We take all safety advisories seriously and are prepared to act promptly should the situation in Morocco or the surrounding region change.
Safety in Rabat
Rabat is generally considered a safe city with relatively low crime rates. However, as in any urban environment, students are encouraged to remain aware of their surroundings and take basic precautions to ensure their personal safety.
Emergency Contacts
If you find yourself in a situation where your safety is compromised, you should call 19 as soon as you are able. Emergency operators are available to assist you in English, Arabic, or French.
24/7 Student Support
All students are provided with the contact numbers of Al Andaluse staff during orientation. Our team is on call 24 hours a day, and you can contact us at any time should an incident arise or if you need assistance.
