Required Documents
All documents may be submitted digitally through the online application portal. Scanned copies are accepted for initial review; originals may be required before enrollment is confirmed.
All Applicants
- Completed application form — submitted online
- Academic transcripts — or equivalent proof of highest qualification achieved
- Two letters of recommendation — from academic supervisors or professional referees
- Personal statement — 500–700 words explaining your motivation and goals
- Passport copy — valid passport or equivalent travel document (photo page)
Intermediate / Advanced Applicants
- Arabic placement assessment — administered online, takes approximately 45 minutes; scheduled after your application is received
- Previous Arabic study documentation — transcripts, certificates, or equivalent evidence of prior Arabic study
Diplomat / Corporate Applicants
- Employer letter — confirming sponsorship or institutional affiliation
- Programme requirements brief — optional but helpful for programme customisation
Visa Support Documents
Once you receive and accept your offer, Al Andaluse can provide the following documents to support your visa application:
- Official enrollment letter on institute letterhead
- Programme confirmation letter stating dates, hours, and fees
- Accommodation confirmation letter (if booked through Al Andaluse)
- Fee receipt or payment confirmation
